Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Window:
  Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure you request a return within this period.

• Return Shipping:
  A flat return shipping fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your refund amount.

• Eligible Returns:
  Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.
  Returns will not be accepted for items that are:

  • Worn

  • Washed

  • Damaged after delivery

• Refund Process:
  Once your return is received and approved for eligibility,
  refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, minus the ₹50 return shipping charge.
  The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team or visit the returns section on our website within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and product images if requested.

3. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

4. Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.

5. Ship the product as per the instructions provided.

6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
